Superb, large antique handmade Victorian Irish crochet lace Bertha collar in a rich cream color.. Displayed in reversible form, this fluffy and dense collar features an ornate floral motif showcasing dimensional flowers with prominent button hole stitching, and is finished off with a scalloped edge all around.

Generously proportioned, measures 43 inches along the inside edge, 84 inches along the outside edge, 7 inches along the ends, 7 inches across the middle, and finished all around. In overall very good-excellent condition considering age with yellowing, occasional scraggly threads, and a rare very light spot.
