19th C Antique Salt Glazed Stoneware Whiskey Barrel Keg Ireland or America

  

This Antique Salt Glazed Barrel dates to the mid to late 1800s, possibly earlier. It is extremely unusual and rare. The salt glazing has a magnificent rich colour. The Barrel is 11" high x 8" across the middle - quite heavy.
